• The purchase must be made from an authorized dealer or the official Pioneer DJ / AlphaTheta Malaysia website during the promotional period: January 23, 2026 – February 28, 2026.
• To qualify, customers must submit valid proof of purchase directly to DJ Technology (M) Sdn Bhd. This includes:
  • The original invoice.
  • A fully completed warranty card.
• The product must be an official unit distributed by DJ Technology (M) Sdn Bhd within Malaysia.
• Authorized dealers are not permitted to promise, alter, or fulfill redemption items on behalf of DJ Technology (M) Sdn Bhd.

2. Redemption Mechanism

• Customers are eligible for one (1) complimentary headphone upon purchasing a qualifying model, according to the following pairing:
  • One (1) HDJ-X5 Headphones: Redeemable with the purchase of an XDJ-AZ or XDJ-RX3.
  • One (1) HDJ-CUE1 Headphones: Redeemable with the purchase of an XDJ-RR, DDJ-FLX10, or DDJ-GRV6.

3. Limitations & Exclusions

• This offer applies only to the specific product pairings listed in Section 2.
• Redemption is valid while stocks last.
• All redemption submissions must be received by March 6, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Redeemed headphones are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for other products or models, except in cases of verified manufacturer defects.
