Please beware of buying counterfeit products through unauthorize online dealers on e-commerce platforms such as Lazada & Shopee. Always make sure that you purchase Pioneer products on e-commerce platforms only from Pioneer Official Store or Pioneer Authorized Online Dealers.

Pioneer Authorized Online Dealers are carefully selected for their commitment to sell only genuine Pioneer products. Products sold by our authorized online dealers are purchased from Pioneer Japan Appointed Sole Distributor in Malaysia, DJ Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. | Yupiteru Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. These products will be entitled to our warranty coverage.

However, there are some sellers who acquire Pioneer products from unknown or improper sources. Products sold by an unauthorize online dealer may be stolen, defective, damaged, pirated, not suitable or not intended for use in Malaysia. Due to these concerns, Pioneer does not provide warranty coverage for Pioneer products that are sold online by unauthorize online dealers. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you pay extra caution when making an online purchase of any Pioneer product.
 

Getting the real deal

Pioneer always makes best in the class speakers by following the best practices of the global sound entertainment industry. Fake speakers available in Malaysia are of much lower quality than the genuine Pioneer speakers which makes them vulnerable to breakage and short circuit. Even if they are available at a cheaper price, we recommend you to never buy fake speakers.
